James Harmon
As our business manager, James plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where our patients feel like family. He oversees all aspects of the administrative side of the practice to ensure our office runs seamlessly, allowing the team to focus on providing exceptional care for our patients. James recently transitioned to the dental field, after having spent the last 14 years in the beverage industry working for global brands Coca-Cola and Pepsi in various national management positions. His extensive knowledge working with large corporations translates well to our practice as he’s able to enhance processes, implement new systems, and ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, James is known for his compassionate nature and unwavering dedication to patient care. He takes the time to listen to each patient's concerns, ensuring that they feel heard, valued, and well-cared for throughout their visit. When he's not busy helping keep the practice running smoothly, James enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, coaching youth sports teams, and distance running.
Carolina
Carolina has been a part of the dental field since the age of 19. She began her career in dentistry as a patient care coordinator where her passion for dentistry began to grow. Her passion led her to further her studies and become a dental hygienist. She graduated with honors from Florence-Darlington Technical College in 2019. She enjoys dental hygiene because it allows her to educate her patients based on their individual needs, while creating a strong relationship and providing the best care possible. Carolina understands how important it is to feel comfortable while at the dentist, so she strives to make each dental visit a pleasant one. Carolina is originally from Colombia and moved to the US at the age of 10. When away from the office she enjoys spending her free time with her husband, their son, Lucas and their dog, Bruno. She loves to do puzzles, to read, and to spend time outdoors.
